报告简介Brief introduction
本报告分综合研究、数据处理和专家视点三个部分。在综合研究部分，分析了生产规模和效率，产品、行业和地区结构，进出口，制造技术等历史变化，从制造体系、生产能力、技术应用水平三个方面说明我国机械工业已具有由量的积累向质的飞跃的转变条件。在数据处理部分，用大量图表和详实数字，从总体、产品、行业、地区等侧面，列出工业总产值、工业增加值、产品销售收入、利税率、劳动生产率、进出口等重要经济指标的20年数据，并作了单项和综合比较。在专家视点部分，记载了机械工业产业安全、企业信息化、机械制造高技术化、“十一五”重大装备、竞争力培育、汽车和机床发展、基础技术瓶颈等专题的深刻论述。
本报告全文近8万字，表62个，图74幅。在研究工作中，通过对定量、定性调研获得的大量数据进行整理、比较、确认、同一化处理和演算，并在此基础上形成综合研究报告。
The report divides into three parts of Comprehensive Research, Data Processing and Specialist View. In comprehensive research part, it is analyzed that the past 20 years (1983-2003) of China machinery industry historical change including productive scale and efficiency, products, sector, regional structure, imports and exports, manufacturing technology, etc. From 3 aspects of manufacturing system, productive capacity and technological application level, it explains China machinery industries already have the progressing condition of quantitative accumulation to qualitative leap. In data processing part, from aspect of overall, product, sector and region, it lists 20 years of important economic indicators by a lot of illustrations and numbers, including gross industrial output value, of industry added value, sales revenue, tax rate, labor productivity, and imports and exports, etc. It also compares individual event with synthesis. In specialist view part, it records description of special subject in machinery industry's security, enterprise's information, machine-building high-technicalization, " Eleventh Five " major mdustry equipment, competitiveness’s cultivation, automobile and machine tools’ development and basic technological bottleneck, etc. It can help people think deeply and contribute to holding the development trend.
